Tonight's Bible Studies
In the Chapel (Led by Pastor Ray)...
PETER AND PAUL. Two of the big names in the Bible and in the history of the Church.
Peter was part of the inner circle of Jesus’ friends. Paul was one of the hardest workers in his ‘church.’
God had to prepare them before He could use them. God had to correct them so they would represent Him correctly. God demonstrated the methods He wanted them to use so they would be effective. What can we learn from the stories of these two men that will help us be true representatives for Jesus?
Come join us as we study the stories of these two great men in the Bible. In preparation, read Acts 9:1-19; 10:1-11:18 and 26:1-23.
On the Second Floor in Room C2 (led by Darlyss Kipe)...
CHANGING FROM THE INSIDE OUT
When we receive Jesus as our Savior we become a "new creation" and for many of us a struggle ensues. We desire to become like Jesus but are faced with the reality of the inconsistencies in our Christian lives and the lack of courage we experience. This course is designed to help us see our need for change and give practical ways to help us become the women God desires us to be.
This class is for women only.
In the Moblie Unit near the back corner of the church (led by Pastors Brian and Bob)...
THE QUEST FOR AUTHENTIC MANHOOD
Men, plan on being a part of this special program. Do you know the four faces of manhood? Come and find out. A DVD series featuring Rev. Robert Lewis.
This class is for men only.
Attention all youth! Just a reminder to invite all youth in grades 7 thru 12 to come to our “open Forum” night. It will be held tonight (Wednesday, September 24th) from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the youth room (below the worship center). We will begin with a short time of praise and worship and then spend the final hour allowing the youth to share from their hearts on how we can improve our youth group, what is right, what is wrong, etc. Please try to attend this important event!
