Prayer Groups
Monday - Men's Group meets in the chapel from 5:45 to 6:15am.
Tuesday - Men's Group meets in the chapel from 6:30 to 7:30am.
Wednesday - Abraham Prayer Group meets in the Chapel Wing from 6 until 6:45pm. Open to men and women.
Thursday - Ladies Prayer Group meets in the Chapel from 6:30 until 7:30 am.
Sunday - We have a prayer group that meets from 6:45 until 7:45 am every Sunday morning in room C13. Open to everyone.
Small Groups
There are various Small Groups that meet in homes throughout the community. Our goal is to promote discipleship, accountability, and prayer support. Contact Pastor Bill Shank for more information
Ladies Ministries
COMMON BOND - This Ladies Thursday morning Bible Study is held from 9 to 11am during the months of Septemberr through May. There is fellowship, sharing, Bible Study, small group discussion and prayer time, and occasional special activites such as luncheons and teas. The nursery is staffed and there are classes for children. Contact Ellen Ensminger for more information.
SEWING CIRCLE - The Ladies Sewing Circle is held the second Monday of each month from 10am till 3pm. The ladies bring their lunch and eat together and also spend some time in prayer. They make items that are sent to the mission field as well as items that are used in local nursing homes and agencies.
LADIES PRAYER GROUP - Each Thursday morning frm 6:30 until 7:30 a Ladies Prayer Group is held in the Chapel. Open to all women. Contact Connie Besecker for more information.
Men's Ministries
MENS PRAYER GROUPS - We have a Monday morning prayer group that meets from 5:45 until 6:15 am in the Chapel. The Tuesday morning prayer group meets from 6:30 until 7:30 am in the Chapel. Open to all men. Contact Pastor Ray Kipe for more information.
MENS BIBLE STUDY - A group of men meet on Saturday mornings in room C2 from 6:15 until 8am for a time of study, sharing and prayer. Open to all men.
Senior Citizens Ministry
This ministry has been formed for the purpose of providing social events, activities,programs, Bible Studies, areas of service and fellowship for the senior citizens in the congregation and community. This group meets the first Friday of each month in the Multi-Purpose room from 9am till Noon. Special activies are announced as planned.
Singles Ministries
SINGLES IN THE SPIRIT - This ministry is for singles of all ages. There are many activities planned throughout the year. Sports
MENS BASKETBALL - We play from November till early March, when we play in a tournament with other Brethren in Christ Churches from across the state. Contact Pastor Bill Shank for more information.
INDOOR ARCHERY - This takes place during the months of January, February and March. The league has their shoots in the large fellowship room in the basement below the Multi-Purpose room. They meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and some Saturdays.
MEN'S AND LADIES SOFTBALL LEAGUE - We participate in a church softball league that runs through the summer. Games are played on local fields throughout the week.
LADIES VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE - We play games on Monday evenings at Antrim BIC church over the winter. A tournament is played in Mid-March with other Brethren in Christ churches from across the state.
