A message from Scott & Lindsay...(September 2007)

We wanted to update you all on our first week back in Romania.  We thought that the kids’ school started the week before we arrived, but it actually doesn’t start until Monday.  That was great news for us because they will be able to start on time, plus they are still very tired in the mornings due to the time adjustments.  Praise God that we also found a house already in a very limited rental market!  Since we came back to a different and much larger city and different people, it didn’t really feel like a homecoming.  However, this weekend we made the trip back to the Oradeaand Batar areas to see many of our friends.  It felt great to be back in familiar territory and familiar faces.  Everyone was especially excited to see the kids again and how they have grown. 

 

Pray for us this week as the kids start school and we work out the details for moving our belongings from Oradea to Timisoara (about 3 hrs).  Also, we will begin language school in a week or two.  We pray that you all have a great weekend and take time for the Lord’s Day.
